· 3 eggs
· 5 pieces of Chicken without bones
· 2 Onion chopped
· 2 carrots, chopped
· Salt to tasteBlack paper
Preparation time 30 minutes, cook 20 and ready in 50 minutes.
Preheat a frying pan and small amount of oil grate.
In a large bowl combine egg, chicken, onion, capsicum chopped, salt and carrots.Mix them all together in a good way and leave it for 2 minutes. You could usecrused toast biscuit in it for crunch.
The paste you made before fry it like an omelet and fry it very well. When it is done put it in a plate and give the tikki the shape you want. You could gave it a oval shape or a square shape. Any shape you want to make.

So it will be better if you keep it on mind before preparation. Now take the breads cut it from the middle of it and put the tikki in it.
